As it's sometimes obvious when looking at prints, image quality suffers if colors appear dull. In order to create vivid, true-to-life digital images, CxProcess calibrates for improved clarity along several key parameters.
 Color saturation is slightly boosted.
Edge enhancement is performed to bring out the subject with greater contrast.
Tone curves are adjusted as well, using highly refined 12-bit color data.
 The yellow portion of the graph gives an idea of how the CxProcess works. Highlights are amplified to achieve greater clarity, while an optimum balance is struck among the other elevated values. |
