There are two flash metering methods to choose from, ADI and Pre-flash TTL. ADI (Advanced Distance Integration) uses AF information and pre-flash data to achieve accurate measurements with minimal interference from subject reflectance. Pre-flash TTL determines flash exposure based on information derived from a pre-flash.
