Digital Subject Program Selection Offers Optimum Settings For a Multitude Of Scenes

Use the Digital Subject Program Selection to automatically set up for optimum image quality with a broad range of subjects. A selection of 6 programs make it easy to create stunning images in a variety of conditions.

Angel

This shutter-priority mode reproduces beautiful skin tones. Perfect for children or female models.

Snap

Ideal for precise focus from approximately 0.8 ~ 2.5 meters (2.67~8.3 feet), use this mode for quick snapshots when the subject is difficult to focus on.

Sports

As the name suggests, this mode is perfect for sports scenes with fast-moving subjects or elements you want to freeze in action.

Portrait

This mode gives you beautiful defocused backgrounds, providing a perfect setting for portraits.

Scenery

Landscapes have extra realism and depth with this mode, as it maintains sharp focus right out to distant objects.

Night

In addition to taking stunning shots of sunsets and night scenes, you can get sharply focused portraits while retaining a naturally-lit background.

* Because this mode employs slow shutter speeds, the use of a tripod is recommended.

Color Mode Effects

Use color effects to express an emotion or enhance a mood. In addition to the standard colors, black-and-white, and sepia, there's a warm color mode that's ideal for people or sunsets, and a cold color effect that can be great for scenic shots. That's 5 extra ways to express yourself.
