The X21's portrait mode automatically sets the Fill-flash to make slight enhancements to hair and skin tones, for natural looking portraits. And Night modes give you more balanced exposures for outstanding, detailed night shots.
The X21 boasts a small circular mirror on its front body for taking self-portraits. All you do is aim the X21 at yourself with the wide zoom setting, centre your reflection in the front mirror, and shoot. It's that easy for great-looking self-portraits.
Macro gives you detailed close ups of your subject. It automatically lets you get as close as 10cm, at all focal lengths, for sharper, more satisfying results.
Customise your pictures with the X21's Special Effects feature. Choose the Framing feature for a selection of borders and frames for your images. Also, the Side by side feature lets you splice two photos on the left and right side halves of the frame to create attractive and entertaining compositions.
Transform 9 consecutive images into one extraordinary print with Multi-frame function. Press the shutter-release once to shoot-off a sequence of shots. The images are shown as thumbnails in a single frame.
With available black & white, sepia, posterisation and soft focus effects to choose from, Colour mode allows you to create your own unique shots.

Date imprinting automatically prints on your photos the date they were taken. It's ideal for cataloging shots and important events. The X21 is also compatible wifh the DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) date imprinting function.
