The X31's Portrait Mode makes slight enhancements to hair and skin tones for more natural looking portraits. Plus, Night modes also give you more balanced exposures for outstanding, detailed sunset and night shots.

The X31 features a special mirror on the front-side of its body for self-portrait photography. Just aim the X31 at yourself, center your reflection in the front mirror, and shoot.

Macro gives you detailed close ups of your subject. It lets you get as close as 10cm (3.9 inches), at all focal lengths, for sharper, more satisfying close range results.

Personalize your pictures with the X31's Special Effects feature. Choose the Framing feature for a selection of borders to frame your image. Also the Side by Side feature lets you splice two photos on the left and right halve sides of the frame to create attractive and entertaining compositions.

Transform 9 consecutive images into one extraordinary print with the Multi-frame function. Press the shutter-release once to shoot-off a sequence of shots. The images are shown as thumbnails in a single frame.

Picture this. XR (Extended Recording) Movie gives you the power to capture movie clips for the entire length of the Memory Card.
