Turn power on and you're ready to start shooting in 1.7 seconds. Press the shutter release and your image is captured immediately. Successive shots can be taken at intervals of under 1 second so you'll never miss a magic moment. And during playback, you can scan your memory card at 0.2 seconds per image.
Progressive Capture lets you keep on shooting until you've captured that special moment you were waiting for. Simply keep your finger on the shutter button until you're satisfied, and when you let it go, the last several images in your sequence are saved to the memory card.
A built-in 32MB buffer memory allows continuous shooting at approx. 2.5 frames per second. Or in UHS (Ultra High Speed) mode you can capture 1.3 megapixel images at an astounding 10 frames per second.
