Thanks to 16-bit A/D conversion, which differentiates over 65,000 gradations in each color channel (RGB), you'll obtain images with excellent color detail. Details that tend to get lost with lower level input, such as those in the shadow and highlight areas of the film image, are accurately captured. This high performance leads to a wide 4.8 dynamic range as well, for precise reproduction of a broad spectrum of colors.
