Answer:	DiMAGE Viewer can cut and insert the frame of the movie file. You can use the function to make a still image. 1. Open the movie file from DiMAGE Viewer. (Double click it from the thumbnail display to open the edit window.) 2. Play back the movie and stop it at the frame you want to cut. (It is possible to display the frame with dragging the slider.) 3. Select "Copy frame" from the edit menu. 4. Start up your image processing software, create a new file to paste it. 5. Save it with the image file format such as JPEG. In addition, please note that the image created by this way cannot be played back on the camera (because it does not have data called Exif).
