If it does, please try to uninstall / install DiMAGE Viewer again. When the problem is not solved yet, please contact our support center. Mention following items when you contact: 1. Condition (Occurrence rate of the error message or problem, timing etc) 2. Version number of your Viewer 3. Kind of OS 4. The time when it started occurring (it used to be operated / it has not been operated) 5. Other - please mention whatever you aware or think. |
